Maintenance Director Job Description

Salary position with excellent benefits package including family health insurance and most Friday’s off in the summer. The Maintenance Director supervises all custodial and maintenance aspects of the school buildings and grounds. Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to, managing the upkeep of the heating and cooling infrastructure, wastewater treatment facility, basic plumbing and electrical repairs, general maintenance, and management of fleet vehicles.
