Six Centurions Receive a State FFA Degree at the Nebraska State FFA Convention

Six Centura FFA seniors were among the honored at the last session of the Nebraska State FFA Convention this year in Lincoln.  The ceremony recognized FFA members across the state that received their State FFA Degree, the second highest level a member can achieve.  To be eligible, an FFA member has to have kept records and made enough money in their supervise agriculture experience.  The SAE program is the out of school portion of FFA where members learn skills and responsibility for their future through work or their own means of production.  Members must keep track of the hours and income as well as expenses and skills they learn while participating in them.  The six Centura member’s SAE projects ranged from raising livestock to working in a retail store.  The members from Centura were all seniors, their names are: (Left to right) Tyler Spotanski, Abby Hadenfeldt, Cody Luhn, Riley Adams, Barrett Selden, and Kyle Pullen
