Preschool Survey

Dear Prospective Preschool Family,

Centura Bright Beginnings Preschool is asking parents of prospective preschoolers to let us know if you will have a child that will attend preschool during the 2020-2021 school year. There is an attachment to this letter that can be completed and brought into school, or you can fill out the online survey found on our website, or click on the link below. We will have our enrollment meeting for the 2020-2021 preschool year on Thursday, March 26th from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm in the preschool room.

Centura is looking to add an additional ½ day preschool that would allow us to accommodate up to 51 students. In order for us to be able to accomplish this we need to know what our enrollment will be as early as possible. Please complete the aforementioned survey as soon as possible to help us with our decision-making.

Families must bring a copy of their 2019 income tax forms or W2’s for income verification to attach to the application. We need ALL income verified so if you receive any kind of financial assistance, child support, etc. we need copies of that too. Families must bring their child’s certified birth certificate, social security card and immunization record. All of the above documents and the completed application are a MUST to complete your child’s initial enrollment.

If you would like to complete an application and are unable to attend enrollment please contact the preschool as soon as possible to schedule a time to come in and complete the application. If you have any questions please feel free to contact the preschool at 485-4465 or 226-2494 ext. 219

Bright Beginnings is a comprehensive child development program sponsored by Centura Public School and Central Nebraska Community Action Partnership.

Thank you and we hope to see you at enrollment!
