NETA or the Nebraska Educational Technology Association is an organization of over 5,000 members who share an interest in using technology in the educational process. Every spring, NETA holds contests for all students in Nebraska to show off their abilities in using technology to learn. For the fifth year in a row, Centura Elementary had winners in these contests. This year’s four winning entries were:
The third-place winner in the 3-5 Video Contest was Mason Janda for his “Wonder Unit” project.
The third-place winner in the PK-2 Digital Images Contest was Miyah Lemburg for her “Life of Lincoln” project.
The second-place winner in the PK-2 Video Contest was Miyah Lemburg for her “My Christmas” project.
The second-place winner in the PK-2 Interactive Media Contest was Garrett Bloodgood for his ScratchJr. coding project “A Whole Day of Fun.”
